   Served under Wolfe at Quebec. Wrote an account of the campaigns in North America from 1757 to 1769. WM His first impression of Island of Orleans and surrounding country, 91; his description of fireships, 99; as to appearance and demeanour of French troops, 163, 164; on Murray's order that civilians should leave the city, 250.
